The Model

Through the Social Value Creation Workshop, employees embark on a journey that extends beyond their organizational roles and professional objectives. They are invited to identify a social issue they genuinely care about and take action to create meaningful solutions within the communities they are part of.

This is a structured developmental journey spanning four to six months and built around five interconnected phases.

By the end of the program, participants become more than individuals who recognize social challenges and take initiative to address them. They strengthen their sense of community and culture of coexistence while developing essential capabilities such as teamwork, project design and management, agility, resilience, adaptability, and the ability to navigate uncertainty.

The journey begins with an inspiring Sustainability Panel, creating a shared space for participants to engage in  diverse perspectives and establish a common foundation of awareness.


Through ten hybrid workshops that combine in-person and online learning experiences, a continuous learning journey is created that enables both depth and sustained engagement.


Each session goes beyond knowledge transfer. By creating a  space for experience, reflection, dialogue, and co-creation, participants learn through practice and lived experience instead of information alone.


Using the Co-Journeying® methodology, we support participants both individually and as teams, enabling each person to progress on their own unique journey while contributing to the growth of the team.


The teams own and lead tangible projects as the core part of the program. This ensures that learning is translated into meaningful action and real-world social impact.


The journey  creates space for organizations to explore the emerging social challenges within their ecosystem , bringing  original, practical, and actionable solutions.


Three to six months after the completion of the program, participants come together again for the Back to the Future Follow-Up Gathering. They reflect on the outcomes they delivered, assess the extent of sustainable impact created, and explore next steps of the social value creation journey.

By the End of This Journey;

  • We nurture a mindset that embraces responsibility and actively contributes to solutions, instead of remaining distant from social challenges.

  • We instill an active citizenship attitude into everyday business life, not as an aspect outside of corporate life, but as an integral part of daily business decisions, relationships, and ways of working.

  • We provide practical experience in embedding sustainability into daily thinking and action, conducting stakeholder analysis, and designing impactful projects.

  • We deepen awareness and sensitivity toward equality, accessibility, and inclusion.

  • We strengthen participants' agility, resilience, flexibility, and ability to adapt in the face of change and uncertainty.

  • We foster greater understanding of how to build meaningful collaborations with NGOs and public institutions.


Ultimately, the workshop enables participants to become not only more effective professionals, but also more conscious contributors to the communities and systems they are part of.

The Process

We design the Social Value Creation Workshop as a transformational journey where participants go beyond generating ideas. They think together, design together, take action together, and create tangible impact together.


Over the course of four to six months, participants engage in a hybrid learning experience that combines in-person and online sessions, creating space for growth both as individuals and as teams.

Social Impact

  1. Analysis:

During the first phase, participants identify and make visible the social challenges they observe in their communities and ecosystem. 


Using the framework of Why – How – What, they explore root causes, develop empathy, practice collective thinking, deepen their understanding of coexistence, and strengthen their ability to ask meaningful questions.


Throughout this stage, participants explore different leadership concepts and team dynamics while developing a stronger sense of initiative that considers both individual and societal needs.

  1. Planning:

In this phase, teams develop practical solutions for the social issues they have identified.


Guided by the belief that “everything is interconnected and serves to the greater whole when viewed holistically,” participants progressively learn project design, stakeholder analysis, teamwork, and sustainable impact creation. Their ideas begin to evolve into concrete action plans.


At the end of the planning phase, teams present their action plans to relevant stakeholders following the principle:


Listen – Refine – Improve


Before moving into the implementation phase, through structured feedback processes, teams learn how to effectively give and receive feedback.

  1. Implementation:

As teams  bring their projects to life, learning takes place by hands-on experience. Throughout the implementation phase, teams strengthen their capabilities in feedback culture, agility, adaptation, collaboration, and action-taking.


Guided by the principle: The universe rewards action, not thought.” teams transfer plans into reality, while learning how to navigate uncertainty, make decisions collectively, and manage change in dynamic environments.


At the end of this phase, teams present their projects’ tangible outcomes and achievements.

Back to the Future:

Three to six months after the completion of the program, participants  come together once again to reflect on the impact of the journey on individuals, teams, and projects.


Looking “Back to the Future,” we explore the impact teams have created and assess how sustainable that impact has become over time.


Participants reflect on the lessons they have learned, the growth they have experienced, and the aspirations they hold for the future. These aspirations are captured and preserved in a Time Capsule, to be revisited at a later stage of their journey.

Through the Workshop, we help organizations build a strong foundation for social sustainability—one that is lifelong, and can be embedded and disseminated across different parts of the organization.


Together, we throw an arrow into the future, creating inspiration for future initiatives and possibilities.

This gathering not only reinforces participants' sustainability mindset but also creates opportunities for transferring social and professional skills into new contexts, while nurturing a lifelong commitment to growth and development.

By the end of this journey, participants develop the mindset and behaviors needed to take initiative, bring solutions, and turn intention into action, instead of being individuals who only recognize social issues. Because we believe that meaningful transformation begins when people activate their innate desire to contribute
